Service Description

This is an empowering step toward establishing a meditation practice and gaining control of life. Choosing one-to-one mentoring may be beneficial for those who like to move at their own pace. This is a one hour session consisting of conversation, breathing exercise, meditation, and insight. We begin with a short breathing exercise, followed by time for you to share what's going on in your current situation. A short meditation follows and additional discussion on insight and finding answers from within. Let this service be from my heart to yours. Donations accepted via Venmo @Carmen-Rose-18.
